Returns

While we do not offer refunds, items purchased from LouellaShop.com are eligible for store credit or exchange if returned/postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Requests for exchanges after 30 days upon receipt of your order will not be considered. The item(s) must not be worn, altered, or washed and be accompanied with Louella hangtags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on garment. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.

Louella reserves the right to decline returns that have been worn or damaged.  

All items marked as FINAL SALE have been reduced in price and cannot be returned.

GIFT CARDS cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

• Please contact customer service to initiate the return/exchange process by emailing info@louellashop.com

• And complete the following exchange instructions:

  1) Make sure the item is free of perfume and deodorant, unworn, unwashed with hangtags attached

  2) Pack your item(s) and invoice in an appropriate bag/box and mail to:
